This session will include information on the advantages of registering with the Centralized Master Bidders List (CMBL) to receive potential bid invitations. It will include how to apply for the CMBL, identify relevant highway districts where products/services are delivered and how to locate and search the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Commodity Book. This session will also provide an introduction of the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) and the Vendor Performance Tracking System (VPTS).
