JOBS, ENERGY, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION ACT (JETI) APPLICATIONS

Per Sec. 403.612(a) The governor, the governing body of a school district, and an applicant may enter into an agreement to limit the taxable value for maintenance and operations ad valorem tax purposes of the district. The below table lists JETI projects that have executed agreements.

Sec. 403.622(a) Requires that the Comptroller shall post the following:

  1. each application submitted under this subchapter;
  2. each map and economic benefit statement required to be submitted with an application under this subchapter;
  3. each amendment to an application made under this subchapter;
  4. each agreement entered into under this subchapter; and
  5. each biennial compliance report submitted as required under this subchapter.

The following table includes all required JETI project information.
