Texas Military Installations, 2025 Texas' Military Installations
Texas’ military installations and the service men and women employed by them make enormous contributions to national security and the state’s economy. In 2025, bases and personnel contributed at least $148.8 billion in gross domestic product to the Texas economy. The armed services supported nearly 629,000 Texas jobs, generating $43.6 billion in disposable income. And that’s good for Texas.
