    The ESA Foundation awards numerous scholarships annually, and 
    applicants do not have to be an ESA member to apply.  Recipients will 
    be selected based upon character, leadership, service, financial need, 
    scholastic ability, and any special criteria set by a donor.  The
    application process is 100% on-line.
