Member must be in good standing. If deceased, must have been in good stand- ing at the time of death. Scholarships of $1,500 begin with the freshman year and are renewable each year for four years, pending satisfactory academic performance. The number of scholarships awarded is determined by the earnings of the scholarship fund. Scholarships are to be used at a Catholic college of the student's choice. Selection is based on academic excellence including a review of secondary school record, essay, and the results of SAT or ACT test scores. In 2015, the Texas Legislature passed House Bill 855, which requires state agencies to publish a list of the three most commonly used Web browsers on their websites. The Texas Comptroller’s most commonly used Web browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari.
