    Scholarship available to high school seniors, who are a son, daughter 
    or legally adopted child of an active, retired or deceased letter 
    carrier NALC member who is or was a member in good standing for at 
    least one year prior to student application.  Stepchildren and grand-
    children are eligible if they live with the letter carrier in a regular 
    parent-child relationship.  Applicant must plan to attend an accredited 
    college.  Applicant must also forward a copy of original ACT or SAT
